RIBA Validation Visit: Bartlett School of Architecture March 2011
As part of the RIBA Validation of the Bartlett School of School of Architecture, the school wanted to exhibit a collection of projects from all elements of the Part I (BSc) and Part II (MArch) courses.
This exhibition was to be in conjunction with the review of portfolios and consisted of graduating students work from years 2009 and 2010.
My Role in this exhibition was to Curate and Exhibit a number of models from my final years work. the curation under the guidance of Dr Marjan Colletti consisted of creating a number of (2400mm x 1200mm)
panels, one for each design unit displaying a representitive sample of previous years work in both years of the course. My job was to collate information, design the boards and create each panel for the exhibition.
To display this exhibition a demountable series of bespoke display boards were constructed for the unit panels and both constructed and assembled utilising the CNC systems in the Bartlett Schools Workshop.
This exhibition although intended for the RIBA Validation panel was open to the public and UCL students and ran from 04.03.11 to 08.03.11
